Though coronavirus cases are decreasing, students and adults are now dealing with a new pressure: Peer Pressure with Mask Mandates. This pressure is actually beginning because of the decreasing population of mandatory face coverings. Students with unhealthy peer relationships are dealing with a new pressure to take their mask off; Even though they don’t feel safe. But it isn’t just at school: family members who visit from different states apply the same pressure to younger children and even adults, hoping that family will help change their mind about wearing a mask.
